Hi I'm Andrew Leith founder of Leithal Management. I have spent more than two decades in hospitality and operations and the last 15 living and working in Indonesia. I have seen how easily operations can slip when owners are overseas and how stressful it can be when trying to manage your property from overseas.
Leithal Management is my way of doing things differently.
By keeping my portfolio intentionally small I can stay close to each property. I work with a trusted network of local partners. I prioritise preventative systems, honest conversations, and practical solutions.
